Xml-text produces educational materials in DAISY format and in other requested formats for blind, visually impaired and dyslexic individuals under a contract with the Danish Government. They also produce books and materials in other Scandinavian languages and in English for producers outside Denmark. Xml-text has also developed tools for fast and cost efficient production of xml-files in the dtbook format for DAISY materials. The owner of the company has been involved with DAISY even before the DC was formed and he has been an active workgroup member since then.
