Purpose of Establishment

1. To support the strengthening of Thailand Association of the Blind and its engagement in social activities;
2. To promote and support education and employment opportunities for the blind including the establishment of schools/educational centers for the blind, production and/or procurement of accessible information and knowledge, researching and developing assistive technology in order to enhance blind peoples learning and working capacity;
3. To cooperate with other organizations with similar objectives;
4. To establish and run the national library for the blind and print disabled;
5. To establish and run the radio/television services for the blind and print disabled; and
6. To organize other social activities.

• Secretariat of the Thailand National Committee on DAISY - Production and Services (TNCD) and Regional Support Center for DAISY For All Project
• Establish schools/centers for the blind
